1 - Sales prices will be governed by our current price list. EDEL reserves the right to modify these prices as it deems appropriate.

2 - The photographs, descriptions, and specifications contained in our catalog are for informational purposes only and may be modified without prior notice.

3 - Sales prices are for merchandise delivered to our warehouse. Free shipping will be applied within the Barcelona area and up to 30 km for orders over €600. For all other national shipments, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon directly with the customer. In the case of exports, shipping, packaging, and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

If we need to quote transportation, packaging, or insurance costs, these will be calculated and charged to the customer's invoice separately from the sales price of the purchased products.

4 - Our national shipments are made with the minimum insurance (LOTT). In the case of export shipments, the insurance conditions will be communicated to the customer, who will decide the terms of the shipment and bear the cost of the insurance. EDEL is not responsible for damage, loss, or any other incidents that may occur during transit.

5 - Goods delivered conditionally or as samples will be invoiced within one month, unless they are returned before then.

6 - DELIVERIES: Claims for missing items will only be accepted within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order. Any claim made after this 15-day period will be invalid, and any replacement or additional delivery resulting from such a claim will be at the customer's expense.

7 - WARRANTY: The warranty for products manufactured by EDEL is one year, except for batteries, which have a six-month warranty. Defects or damage caused by external factors, accidents, or improper use or handling by the customer are excluded from the warranty. This warranty is limited exclusively to EDEL products and therefore excludes any labor costs, travel expenses, etc., as well as the costs of removal and/or installation of repaired or replaced products. All such costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

The handling, repair, and management of any defective product will be carried out at our facilities, with the customer assuming responsibility for shipping it. If the repair of the defective or damaged product is covered under warranty, shipping costs will be reimbursed to the customer, and the replacement material will be provided free of charge.

Materials that are outside the warranty period and for which the customer requests repair (it is essential that we have the customer's signed acceptance of the repair estimate) will incur a cost according to our price list plus the cost of materials used for the repair.

All products processed and verified by our laboratory will be charged the stipulated price for technical verification, as set forth in our price list.

8 - EDEL retains ownership and title to its supplied products or equipment until full payment of the price has been received. The customer is obligated to inform any interested third parties of these terms and conditions of sale.

Furthermore, the maximum payment period will be that established in the current Payments Law 15/2010, that is, a maximum of 85 days until December 31, 2011, 75 days until December 31, 2012, and 60 days from January 1, 2013, with regard to domestic transactions.

9 - In the event of a dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona, ​​expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
